BIZ | LAW was founded in 2009 by Hendrik Kamp as the first law firm in Saxony focused exclusively on advising tech companies. Since then, BIZ | LAW has grown consistently through cooperative relationships and new hiring. All lawyers at BIZ | LAW are proven practitioners all of whom have years of industry-related experience as in-house counsel at tech companies. We provide advice in the fields of international commercial and contract law, corporate law, labour law, IP/IT law and technology transfer. Our clients appreciate that we not only see the legal side of their concern, but also that we attempt to resolve their issues taking business and strategic considerations into account as well as by not losing sight of the parties involved.
